Forms must be completed before arrival. If not, the time it takes to complete in the office will be deducted from your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE /NO-SHOW POLICY Your appointments are very important to the entire Journey Skin Co family and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.


STRICT & ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellations/Reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to an appointment (but not on the date of the appointment) are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service value.

* Cancellations/Reschedules made on the day of the appointment are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

* If an appointment is made the same day and client needs to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 (four) hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

* “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No exceptions.
